This wood-frame, 8-unit (4+4) project is engineered for efficient delivery and long-term rental performance, totaling approximately 7,000 sq. ft.
The building features 20 bedrooms, 16 bathrooms, and 8 kitchens, providing a balanced unit mix optimized for modern urban living.
Architectural design is led by John Trinh & Associates (JTA), with construction scheduled to begin in early Q2 2026. Leveraging standardized systems and disciplined project management, Project 1812 is planned for an estimated 130-day build timeline from construction start through targeted completion.
